2:51 pm	love (or something like it) so we've been dating a little over 2 months now, that's pretty huge for me as i'm normally looking for an escape route by this point but as time goes by i just want to be with her more and more. i spend more nights at her place than i do at my own and we lay in bed at night talking and telling each other things about our lives. i know her parents' names, what they do for a living, where and how they met, what her sister and brother-in-law do, what school her sister went to, what her nickname was when she was a little girl, i tell her anything she asks and i told her i'd follow her to the end of the world if that's what she asked me to do. last night, we got in bed after a show and she said "tell me something about yourself" so i said "i love you" and that was strange because i've said that word before but it's never had the impact that it has with her. i don't know, i was driving home yesterday morning and thinking "chad, this is probably the end of the road for you and she's gonna end up being the girl you marry, how does that make you feel? that makes me feel fantastic, i'm just totally enthralled by her" (Comment on this)

12:49 am	hmm so i've been dating this girl for a month or so, what started as a drunken makeout session on my friend's living floor seems to have turned into me being a boyfriend. the weird thing is my relationships tend to have a very short shelf life as i have a very black & white outlook on how relationships should be handled and it involves no yielding at all on my part, i do what i want when i want and don't like being asked to do anything i'm not interested in. this time it's different, i just like being with her and agreed to go see New Moon with her and her friends when it comes out because she'd like me to go. tonight while i was driving home, i thought about something cassie said once and i never really thought too deep on it till tonight...hmm (Comment on this)

12:29 pm	life's full of curve balls i got a call last monday that my sister was in the hospital throwing up with stomach pains, she's always been sickly our whole lives. i came out of the womb 2 weeks early weighing 9 pounds after a very easy pregnancy and have never been seriously ill or had any medical problems. cassie came out of the womb 2 weeks early and very small after a rough pregnancy and she's always been the sickly one who had problems. her pregnancy's been rough, she's been trying for 6 years and then eventually got pregnant with triplets, she had to reduce the identical twins because of health issues and she's had some close calls with this solo baby. anyway, turns out her gall bladder was in a very bad way, which is funny cause she's always had the healthiest diet out of my family, so they had to take it right then before she got to the 3rd trimester. i've been worried sick for her, i don't like crying about problems in my life to anyone because i think it's weakness on my part and takes away from me being a sturdy rock for others. out of all my "friends", there were only a handful of people who were concerned about what was going on and only 3 of those handful are people i confided my worries in and they were there for me when i needed them. ginger, thanks for being there when i needed you :) life's full of curve balls, but we all know i've got balls that'll overpower anything life throws at me. 10:31 am	woohoo goin back to austin in 2 weeks for a friend's 28th birthday party karaoke blow-out, the last time i went down(he says with tongue firmly in cheek) and we did karaoke i blew my voice out for a couple days after giving it my all singing November Rain and Bonnie Tyler's hit song Total Eclipse Of The Heart, so this should be a good time. I've started running 2 miles everyday and I'm investing in a punching bag Saturday. I do 20 sit-ups as soon as I wake up, 20 sit-ups when I get home from work and another 20 before I go to sleep, not to mention however many I squeeze out on the ab lounger. I do 50 squats holding a 20 pound medicine ball and I do 6 reps of 20 for each arm with 20 pound dumbells. I want how I feel on the inside to be reflected by how I look on the outside.
